Silo trailer Apple TV: Get ready for a heart-pounding, mind-bending ride into the dystopian world of Silo, an upcoming Apple TV+ series based on Hugh Howey’s New York Times bestselling trilogy of novels.

Apple TV’s Silo is the story of the last ten thousand people on Earth who live in a mile-deep underground silo, protecting them from the toxic and deadly outside world. But no one knows why the silo was built, and those who try to find out face fatal consequences.

The trailer introduces the star-studded cast, led by Rebecca Ferguson (Dune) in the role of Juliette, an engineer seeking answers about a loved one’s murder. The other cast members include Common (The Chi), Harriet Walter (Succession), Chinaza Uche (Dickinson), Avi Nash (The Walking Dead), David Oyelowo (Selma), Rashida Jones (Parks and Recreation), and Tim Robbins (Mystic River).

“We do not know why we are here; we do not know who built the silo and why we are underground,” says Robbins’ character in the trailer. “We only know the world outside our sanctuary is death.”

The trailer is packed with heart-stopping moments as we see Juliette embroiled in a mystery that goes far deeper than she could ever have imagined. The tension builds as we hear Oyelowo’s ominous pronouncement: “If you boil the pact down to one rule, it’s do not say you want to go outside. Or you will go outside.” And what’s outside? Death, apparently.

But is it really that simple? As the trailer progresses, we see glimpses of the world outside and hear hints that there may be more to the story than we initially thought.
